Shipping Policy

All orders placed at will be shipped from our Adelaide warehouse. In the case where you have ordered a product with an authorized dealer within a 10km radius of you delivery address, Bespoke reserves the right to deliver to that store to ensure correct installation and handling.

In some events when stock is not immediately available in Australia we may ship from our suppliers direct to you. We will notify you in this event as delivery time could be increased.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, original and return shipping fees will be covered by Bespoke     Imports

  • For information on lodging a return please email or call Bespoke Imports 

  • Please return within 30 days of successfully receiving your item. Return items with all packaging - include all product tags, labels & original packaging.

  • Bespoke Imports will process all returns and exchanges within five (5) working days of receiving the returned goods back.

  • For warranties, please return within the products warranty period commencing from the date of successful receipt.

  • Warranties will be processed by our customer service team within two (2) working days. The time to complete a warranty claim will vary depending on the relevant supplier.
